Delivery & Returns
1. You’ll receive your item(s) directly from the designer’s studio or boutique through the safest, most suitable and cost efficient shipping service chosen by the designer. The designer’s studio or boutique location is displayed on the product page.
2. Estimated time for delivery are displayed and detailed on the product page under folder Delivery. Actual cost of the shipping is provided during check-out.
Stock items are available to deliver, 2 working days up to 10 working days from date order received.
Furniture models, made to order are normally delivered up to 3 weeks from date of order received but times can vary, dependent upon manufacturer. We do our very upmost to make sure delivery times are ahered to.
Our delivery terms are door to door, UK mainland only.
In stock items - If your products are in stock we aim to deliver within 10 working days for UK deliveries.
Manufactured furniture to order items - Please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery, although we aim to deliver within 8-10 weeks, dependent upon manufacturer and product. We will keep you informed via email on the status of your order and will let you know of any delays however, we will do our very best to adhere to your delivery date.
Quotations will all be inclusive of Vat.
UK Delivery Charges
Our service is door to door delivery UK mainland only. If the products are larger items e.g. sofas we deliver on a pallet. We will then move the item to a suitable location in your home upon request, providing access and door measurements have been thoroughly checked beforehand.
Hello of Mayfair Ltd will not take responsibility for any damage caused to your property during or after delivery, please ensure correct precautions are taken to protect your property from any potential damage.
We are able to give you a full refund for any purchased goods. We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of delivery however, we are unable to accept returns for any bespoke/made to order products to customers requested specifications.
The item(s) must be returned to the 'designers studio or boutique' within 10 working days from the date of delivery. If you return the item(s) at a later date the designer/seller can refuse the returned item(s) and to send back item(s) received.
Please include copy of the invoice and the reason for your return.
Refunds are paid inclusive of delivery charge within 14 days of the date we receive your cancellation request.
